     As the principal owner Mr. Rettig is responsible for the management operations, marketing and new business development activities for TCS. He has been involved in commercial real estate for over fifteen years. Prior to forming Triad, he managed a number of high profile office properties for the Trammell Crow Company, Woodbine Development Corporation, and the Hall Financial Group. Known for delivering superior performance, Mr. Rettig has over six years of experience in providing comprehensive facility operation and maintenance services to goverment agencies. 

     Mr. Rettig's years of experience in commercial real estate facility and property management has given him the opportunity to accumulate a range of industry certifications. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, Certified Property Manager, a Real Property Administrator, a Facilities Manager Administrator candidate and a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. 

     In addition TCS is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Building Owners and Managers Association, Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, Metrotex Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors.
